The Condominium Act mandates that a performance audit of the common elements be prepared and submitted to Tarion before a Corporations one-year anniversary of registration.
The audit requires an inspection of the common element components.
Our Performance Audit process goes beyond the initial first year report submission to Tarion. Additional Services include:
- Active involvement with the claim resolution process;
- 2nd Year Water Penetration Performance Audit; and,
- 7th Year Structural Performance Report
